Welcoming Change

Yesterday I put out my very first journal of many! I’m so thankful to be able to create in a pandemic, something so useful. With everything going on, many people are facing so much. I decided to bring a little positivity to the world by creating a journal to welcome change! Chang is always a great thing. Sometimes it requires adjustments or just being a little open minded.

This 30 day journal includes writing down the things you want to happen in your life over the next 30, 60, 90, and or even years to come.

I’m a firm believer, when you can see yourself doing something that’s where your energy goes. So with that being said, writing down goals and affirmations creates the atmosphere to do so!

The Bible says, write the vision and make it plain!

In the journal I’m asking you to list one thing you wish to change everyday for 30 days. As you take a moment and reflex, you will see yourself finding your inner voice. You will think about the things you want and you will think about the things you don’t want!

You will write affirmations and then close your eyes and picture yourself with those things! As you do this, things will change!! The way you think, the way you speak, and the way you feel will be different! Your perspective will change about a lot of things!!!

We are created to live in abundance and peace!

Speak GREAT THINGS OVER YOUR LIFE AND GREAT THINGS WILL OCCUR IN YOUR LIFE

Affirmations you can use or examples of mine that I use.

I am great

I will be successful

I am worthy of a beautiful life

I find peace from within

Amazing things flows my way with ease

Money overflows in my life

I receive love and give love

I am beautiful

Nothing can stop me

I am worthy

I am worthy of a good life

And my favorite one I been reading everyday,

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR PURCHASING THE JOURNALS! Your lives will change!

Welcoming to the healing school 💕😊

  1. I love positivity! As I’ve gotten older, I learned to purge my life of negative people and their negative vibes!
