You know what today is, IT IS FITNESS FRIDAY!! Today I am uploading a video with my family joining me for my weekly run. I truly enjoy running. I really enjoy running around this track because of the water. I find excitement in exercising when I can add what I actually like doing. Some workouts I just don’t like but still do them. I hope we are inspiring you guys to grab your family and get out and exercise. Oh, I didn’t even have to ask for them to join me. I think they see I been really taking this getting healthy serious. Fitness Friday πŸ˜ŠπŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ.

It’s Fitness Friday and I am still encouraging all my beautiful moms out there to take 30-45 minute and do a quick workout today. I worked out the other day and realized how much time I have wasted by being on my social media. I went outside to workout while my kids played. I normally sit on my patio couch while they are playing, scrolling up and down my TL on social media. That day was different. This time I set my entire set up outside. As they played I worked out and screamed don’t do that or stop that lol. I realize a hour had passed and I was still working out. I finished feeling very comfortable. I’m super excited to share that with my moms who read my blog. Maybe you don’t have the time but just think about the minutes we stay on social media. Those minutes turn into hours. I have now started working out where I can get it in. I’m like every other mom, days filled with so many things to do. But, IF WE DONT TAKE CARE OF OUR BODIES WE WONT BE ABLE TO DO MUCH LATER ON IN LIFE! Health is Wealth 😊 HAPPY FRIDAY! I think we all feel like our workouts have to be a set plan to get started. I say we have enough going on already in our lives, do what’s best for you. DON’T PUT TOO MUCH STRESS ON YOU BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT TRAIN WITH A PROFESSIONAL. You are awesome and we as moms, ALWAYS FIGURE ANY AND EVERYTHING OUT!!! I’m starting this blog because my family and I have been doing a lot of healthy things lately. I enjoy working out with them. I also enjoy cooking and making healthy meals for them as well. I’m so excited to share our journey. Being a nurse, I always wanted to add this to my blog so HERE IT IS! I hope you guys enjoy the journey with us! My favorite people in this entire world! Since we been at home, I decided to utilize our home for workouts. Our neighborhood for runs and walks.
