Pamper Yourself Today

Today is a new day but for some it seems to be like yesterday. These days are beginning to come together like it’s nobody’s business. We find strength in those around us but what happens when no one is around.

When was the last time you checked in on you? You know asked yourself about yourself?

How many times do we as women just go with the flow? We are the back bones to our families and we carry everyone’s burden. We very seldom check in on ourselves yet we check on everyone else. We love being the go to person for everyone else except ourselves.

I want pamper yourself Today to be a place where you think of just 1 thing you can do for yourself! That one thing could be don’t answer your phone unless it’s an emergency. It could be sit outside and listen to the birds in the morning. It could be going getting your nails/feet done.

As a mom/wife/business owner, I found myself forgetting about me throughout this journey of becoming. So I begin to check in with myself and pamper myself because if I wasn’t happy nobody could receive happiness from me.

If you are not something how can you give to others. It’s like if I’m not loved how can I give love. Or if I don’t know how to love, how can I love anyone.

We must become who we want others to become with ourselves. I believe in taking a minute for myself to ensure my thoughts are lining up with my actions. How can I inspire you, when I’m not even inspired? How can I show you the ropes, when I don’t even have a clue about what ropes should be shown?

Pamper yourself Today means checking in with yourself to ensure you are happy with everything that’s going on with YOU! If you find anything that’s not adding up, that’s your time to change it.

Schedule a date with yourself to check on you

Schedule a meeting with you to see if you need to add or subtract from your life. You know the toxicity that lingers in your life. Yep, see if you need to add or subtract with people and things for that matter.

Schedule your workout plans- working out is so important for your mental state.

Schedule a fun night with just you! That could be your favorite tv show, your favorite food, your favorite thing to do, your favorite movie to watch, your favorite restaurant to go to(order out just for you even if that means going and park ๐Ÿ˜‚ hey it works

Schedule some alone time with yourself. You know the bubble bath, the candles, the soft music. Ask hubby, mom, grandma, meme, or whomever you let keep the kids to give you about 4 hours alone! Ok 4 maybe pushing it try 3 ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I believe we all just need some TIME TO THINK especially my moms out there.

Pamper Yourself Today is here to help you think about things for the week. Maybe you can’t do it on a today but you can schedule one day out the week just for YOU! I listed things that were inexpensive because I’m not sure if everyone’s budget. If you can do more, by all means do more.
