Saying NO is POWERFUL

I’m on this powerful journey because every woman needs to know how powerful she is. Power lies inside of every last one of us as women. You have the power to dictate every aspect of your life, if you move correctly. Your mind, body, and spirit must align with one another to obtain this power.

When your mental capacity aligns with your physical capacity that aligns with your spiritual capacity, you will win! You must understand that every thought manifest how you move(physical). How you move articulates your destiny(spiritual).

As women we are often pushed around without one knowing the pushing around is occurring . We have been so immune to being the fixer in every situation that arises in our lives, we leave no room for others to see things need fixing. In those moments we forget to say NO, I’m not being the fixer this time. We clearly do not know what it means to say, NO!

The moment you begin to realize how important it is for you to say NO, will be the moment you START TO LIVE! I mean fully live!!

Saying no, can come across as being mean. It can come occurs as being rude. It can come across as if you you are the worse person in America. It can also come across like a person really do not care. The truth is, it could sometimes be all those things. And that’s ok because you can’t control how others feel about you. As long as your no comes from a good place and your heart is pure saying NO, you are GOOD!

YOU SAYING NO WILL COMMAND RESPECT FROM OTHERS!

YOU SAYING NO, WILL HURT OTHERS BUT WILL HELP YOU!

YOU SAYING NO, WILL END THE HURT AND PAIN

YOU SAYING NO, WILL HELP YOU DEVELOP SELF CARE!

YOU SAYING NO, WILL HEAL THE BROKEN HEART

YOU SAYING NO, WILL CAUSE YOU TO SEE YOURSELF DIFFERENTLY

YOU SAYING NO, BRINGS BALANCE TO EVERYTHING YOU DO!

YOU SAYING NO, WILL BUILD TRUST WITHIN YOURSELF! THIS ALONE WILL CHANGE THE TRAJECTORY OF YOUR LIFE!

Most of us including myself, go through the hardest parts of our lives because we can’t say NO! The NO is there but somehow it never comes out. We are so programmed with thinking SAYING NO will cause others to dislike us. Well let me say this, every time you want to say NO, and you do not say it, YOU ARE PUTTING BRUISES THERE!!! Every bruise will hurt worst than the last one! Every pain we feel is attached to A NO WE SHOULD HAVE SAID MANY TIMES BEFORE THE PAINFUL TIME!!

Say no to the invite

Say no to the date

Say no to the abuse

Say no to the hurt one has caused you

Say no to people who take your presence for granted

Say no to the partial love he is giving you

Say no to the job that beats you up every single day

Say no to your spouse to keep balance. Don’t always be a yes person even to the one you love with all your heart.

Say no to your kids, it will teach balance

Say no to your significant other

Say no to your distractions

Say no to people who mean you no good

Say no to toxic relationships

Say no to family members who do not display authentic love

Say no to depression

Say no to giving up

Say no to forcing others to love you

Say no to being a nobody

Say no to unnecessary drama

Your NO IS POWERFUL!!!
