Self Worth- Your voice

Your voice is very POWERFUL! Nothing is more powerful than a woman’s voice. The thing about that power is, knowing when to use your voice and when not to use it. Often times we find our voices in heartaches, moments when we have been hushed, in moments when our backs are against the wall, or even when we have just had enough.

Nevertheless, our voices MATTER!!!

Women have the most difficult time expressing themselves when they have to use their voices. We will write letters, long text messages, and even long emails to get our points across. I think most of us shut down completely when we have to use our voices. I think the reason is, because we are already labeled as being too emotional! So instead of speaking, we tend to tuck our feelings in. When we tuck those feelings in, we become numb. Some become confrontational, angry, worried, stressed and for most full of anxiety.

We are often judged when we speak with confidence. It’s almost like, who gave her the courage to say this or that. It’s as if, you are not suppose to walk or talk in confidence. When you are not afraid to speak, you become disliked or look down upon. The reason people dislike you, is because, you show a reflection of who they really are. They want to be able to speak like you do, yet they don’t have the same courage as you do.

So many women are battling anxiety and depression because they do not speak up for themselves. Honestly some do not know how to speak up for themselves. I don’t think that is something to be ashamed of, I think it’s just something that needs to be look into. Maybe a therapist can help or journaling may help. When you lose your voice, you lose yourself.

WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR VOICE, YOU LOSE YOURSELF!!!

Your worth is sometimes depended on you speaking up for yourself!!! That’s in any aspect of your life. That’s being in a relationship, being on a job, being in business, and most importantly being with family and friends.

Your worth is depending on you speaking up for yourself!!!

Now I’m not saying, you have to always say something. Sometimes it is good to be quiet. It’s good to say, NOTHING!! I have learned sometimes in certain instances, being quiet is saying A LOT!! What I am saying is, don’t get walked all over!!!!

What does your voice mean?

Do you think your voice doesn’t mean anything?

What are your feelings towards using your voice?

When was the last time you wanted to say something, but it just wouldn’t come out? Or you felt like it wouldn’t matter if you said it or not.

Sometimes we get so frustrated and think who cares anyways. I think in those very moments of frustration, a person begin the first step of losing themselves. Then, it becomes a pattern. And then, it becomes apart of the person. They shut down and that’s when all the problems start!

I urge you to use your voice, even when the toughest moments arise!!!

You are more than silence!!!! You voice is worthy to be heard!!! Never allow someone to take you that deep, that you no longer use the one thing that is POWERFUL!!! YOUR VOICE!!!

To all the women who have lost their voices, TAKE YOUR VOICE BACK!!! Enough is enough and you ARE VALUABLE! EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU SPEAKS VALUABLE!!!

TO ALL MY WOMEN WHO USE THEIR VOICES, LETS CONTINUE TO BE THE VOICES OF THOSE WHO HAVE NOT FOUND THE COURAGE TO SPEAK!!!

AND TO MY WOMEN WHO FIND HOPE IN THOSE WHO SPEAK UP, CELEBRATE US AND WELCOME US!!

WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!!

Lovetsw💕😘💕
