Give yourself permission to not feel like it. Stop apologizing for not feeling like it. I didn’t feel like parenting today. I didn’t feel like being a wife today. I didn’t feel like doing anything today. Today just wasn’t the day. I didn’t feel like working today. I didn’t feel like doing any business calls or deals. I just didn’t feel like it. I didn’t feel like getting out of bed today. I didn’t feel like doing anything. I just wanted to lay in bed without a care in the world for just one moment. I just wanted quietness and a day to myself.
In those moments when we do not feel like it, listen to your intuition. Your intuition is there for a reason. We as women feel so guilty when we don’t feel like it, forgetting we are human. We have days like these and honestly there is nothing wrong with any of it.
I think taking out the time to allow those moments into our lives, makes all the difference for our physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Most of the time, we ignore when we don’t feel like it, because it indicates we are not doing what is needed of us. Stop for a moment and think, will this one day define who you are as a person. I personally think it will not.
Every now and again, we need a DO NOT FEEL LIKE IT WITHOUT BEING APOLOGETIC AND GUILTY TYPE OF DAY! I honestly think it is necessary.
Everyone gets tired and everyone gets weary. It is for you to think of yourself as worthy enough to say I do not feel like it today.

Every now and again, I think you have to indulge in those moments just to reset!
Resetting is great for the soul and shall be done with PRIDE AND JOY!!
We work and take care of everyone around us, making sure they have everything they need. Meanwhile we neglect ourselves because we have been accustomed to thinking, THEY NEED US!! Well news flash, YOU NEED YOU!!! Take a moment to yourself and do not apologize for it, YOU DESERVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT!
