Don’t tear me down when you see me doing my best.

Don’t tear me down when you see me starting my business

Don’t tear me down when I buy my first home

Don’t tear me down when I am going back to school to better myself

Don’t tear me down when I am motivating others

Don’t tear me down when you are in a place of uncertainty

Don’t tear me down when you have insecurities that makes you bitter

Don’t tear me down when I am building others up

So many times we as women tend to tear one another down instead of uplifting one another. We all fight the same battles just maybe at different periods of our lives. It doesn’t hurt to simply say to another one you admire her or you are thankful for her. Tell her you are proud of her, tell her you are excited for her and mean it. Show up for her, because when she knows she has her community of women behind her SHE BECOMES UNSTOPPABLE!!!

When she learns her community learns!

There is room for all of us, God created so much SPACE ON THIS EARTH HE KNEW SOME OF US WOULD HAVE SIMILAR IDEAS! So next time you want to tear another woman down think about how you will feel if someone did that to you!

Let’s win together!!! It’s better for us and our communities!!! Stop being in competition and start being resources.

We are so dope because we have unlimited resources but we are so afraid of someone taking it that we tend to not share anything.
